Bob Oakley is the Vice President of Marketing at ORLive, where he leads and coordinates the efforts of a seasoned team of interactive marketing, web development, networking, and video production professionals.

Bob brings 20 years of marketing and brand leadership, systems integration, and product development experience to ORLive, and has been at the fore front of industry transformations in enterprise systems, telecommunications, and healthcare industries.  He has a proven ability to find winning strategies that enable companies to evolve to meet the challenges of a changing market.

He joins ORLive from VBrick Systems, where he served as VP of Marketing, and has a track record of driving growth, through leading the development and execution of brand and sales systems, on-line strategies, product and service offerings, and direct and channel sales operations.  Bob has also worked for the UnitedHealth Group, where he led the development of innovative consumer focused products, services, and operational integration efforts, across all segments of the corporation.  His past experience has also included executive roles with companies that include C-Cor.net, Philips NA, and Booz∙ Allen & Hamilton.

Bob developed his insatiable drive to find answers to challenges while studying at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he received a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering.  He currently lives in Connecticut with his wife and three children.
